What GPS do you use?

I was curious as to what GPS unit people were running in their personal/work vehicles. I use the Jensen NVX200 GPS.

I also run a Garmin 680 once in a while. I am looking for a Tom Tom to test out.

I just got a TomTom XXL540 from HSN or QVC not sure. Im running PhantomAlert and Trapster as POI speed traps. Works great, plus its a 5 inch unit. I've had Garmin, and Magellan and this is the Better unit.
